Stub-e accepts returns and exchanges on non-personalized merchandise. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and must ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
Since each Stub-e commemorative ticket is customized to each order, we do not offer refunds on any Stub-e commemorative tickets, unless damaged or defective. We will not reship or refund items that were lost in the mail.
